Cadet World Cup, 2005
Congratulations to Benjamin Parkins and Michael El-Saleh who
competed against some of the worlds best cadet fencers last
weekend at a cadet world cup event in Salzburg, Austria.
Benjamin
Parkins placed 8th, Michael El-Saleh took 18th place.
The exciting event was the
first men's world cup event of the year, with foilists from 12
countries being represented.
Hungary Cadet World Cup, 2005 Neely Brandfield-Harvey, Rebecca Rea & Elizabeth
Donnenberg traveled to a 2005 Cadet World Cup event in Budapest,
Hungary - where they continued to add to the world renowned
Texas women's epee reputation.
Neely placed
in the top 8 followed by Rebecca in the top 16 and young
Elizabeth (still only 13) placed in the Top 32.
In a field of 13 countries and 130 fencers:
